a month agoMe and my two heartbeats have only eaten here once, but babbbyyyyy… let me tell you something right now: That Buffalo Shrimp Bowl?? MAN LISTEN. 🔥🔥🔥 That food was so good I almost wanted to slap somebody I cared about. Now here’s the heartbreaking part… These locations are on college campuses, so their schedules move with the school calendar. I found this tragic information out LAST NIGHT after making a whole food run just to find them CLOSED. Closed. Locked up tighter than a college student’s wallet before financial aid hits. I wanted to pull my braids out… but you know… a woman still has to look presentable, so we kept it cute and carried on. 😂 So me and my two heartbeats had to settle for Dash In instead (which is ALSO a solid spot to grab food if Twisted Taco is closed). But let me tell y’all something… Richmond has plenty of little eateries and swanky restaurants. HOWEVER — if you’re a college kid with only an Andrew Jackson burning a hole in your pocket, Twisted Taco is where you need to be. No car? No roommate ride? No problem. Hop on one of them lime green scooters and scooch on down there when they reopen in the fall. Trust me. You will NOT regret it. Now one more thing before you go… Parking over there? PURE GHETTO OLYMPICS. 😭 There’s free parking directly across from TT, BUT it serves like three restaurants and is about the size of that tiny little space left in your backpack after stuffing it with things you absolutely didn’t need. So if you plan on dining in… Get there EARLY. Trust me… Them tacos worth the struggle. 🌮🔥

3 months agoThey cant separate ingredients apparently so my tongue got irritated from jalapeno peppers that I did NOT want. Please be more organized.
